Terms and Conditions

What is included in my Gift Voucher?

Every Voucher includes

  • Your session fee.
  • A pre-session design consultation.
  • Your customised on-location photo shoot.
  • A social media sneak peek.
  • An online viewing gallery
  • A Product and/or Credit for Products.
  • Your Voucher will detail the additional item that is included.

 

Promotional and Prize Vouchers

  • Promotional and Prize Vouchers (Vouchers) can only be used at Rod Noendeng Photography.
  • Vouchers can only be used for photographic services and/or products as described, no substitutes or alternatives are allowed.
  • ​Only one voucher can be used per booking or Photography Session (Session).
  • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers or offers and are non-transferable.​
  • Vouchers can only be used once and you may not exchange your Voucher for cash or other services.
  • The whole value of the voucher must be used as no change is given.
  • The Session must be scheduled based on the photographer's availability.
  • The Session is to be held at a time and location agreed to by the photographer.
  • The location of the session shall be discussed and agreed upon between the parties.
  • The Session must be within 1 hour's travel from Springfield Central otherwise reasonable travel charges may apply.
  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and the Session must be booked for a date within these 12 months.
  • You may not sell your Voucher and it may not be used in sales or promotional activities including giveaways, or prizes in competitions without our prior consent.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any gift voucher that we suspect has been resold or obtained in connection with an unauthorised sales or promotional activity.
  • All Voucher holders must sign a contract with Rod Noendeng Photography to confirm Session booking.
  • Vouchers are issued by, and remain the property of Rod Noendeng Photography.
  • Rod Noendeng Photography reserves the right to amend these gift voucher terms and conditions from time to time with no prior notice.

Cancellation

  • The Voucher will be forfeited if the holder does not attend their appointment (session or viewing) and all print credit shall also be forfeited.
  • Rescheduling, and carrying over your gift voucher may be considered where
    • more than 48 hours' notice of cancellation is given and
    • if there is a genuine reason beyond your control.
  • Any such rescheduling and carrying-over is entirely at the sole discretion of Rod Noendeng Photography.

Expired Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and it is the holder’s responsibility to book their session within good time.
  • We recommend that you register your Voucher with Rod Noendeng Photography as soon as you receive it.
  • If your Voucher is close to expiry and you haven't redeemed it contact Rod Noendeng Photography and we may be able to give you an extension.
